Compressor Shop is committed to providing our customers with high-quality compressed air equipment and related parts. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy on applicable products.
Eligible Products: Nearly all compressed air equipment and related parts purchased from our website are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Conditions for Return: To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original packaging and in new and unused condition. If products have been installed or used, they are not eligible for return.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 855-244-3786. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your purchase.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued within 7-14 business days of receiving and processing the returned products. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Yes, in addition to Ground shipping, we offer 3 Day, 2 Day, and standard Next Day Air Shipping. Contact us if you need special methods such as Early AM or Satruday delivery.
