Walker Filtration Alpha Silicone Free Model SF0105 1" NPT compressed air filter housing is rated for 105 SCFM at 100 PSIG. The Walker Silicone Free compressed air filter is perfect for applications such as paint spraying that require silicone free compressed air. These silicone-free filters are manufactured in a controlled environment to make certain silicone is not present during the production process. Protection from corrosion is provided by internal and external electrophoretic paint finishes, and a tough exterior powder coating, to ensure trouble-free clean compressed air.

The Walker Alpha advanced filter head design is optimized for highly efficient flow performance and a low pressure drop. Alpha deep pleated filter element media technology is long lasting and 99.999% efficient when tested in accordance with ISO 12500-3. Five filter element grades are available in particulate and coalescing options for removal of contaminants from 25 micron, 5 micron, 1 micron, 0.01 micron, or an option for activated carbon filter media with 0.01 micron retention. The push-fit style filter elements make the silicone-free Alpha SF0105 compressed air filter easy to service.
