Description
Genuine Van Air E200-15/25-RD replacement element for the F200 series filter housing, rated 15 & 25 SCFM at 100 PSIG, 1/4" and 3/8" / 1/2" NPT. Van Air part number 26-10408.
Grade RD is the vapor-adsorbing element. It is an activated carbon bed that strips the oil vapor and odor the coalescing grades leave behind, which is what you need for breathing-quality air, food and beverage lines, and anywhere a customer can smell the compressor in the product.
Grade RD requires a Grade B or C coalescing element upstream. Without one the carbon bed loads with liquid and stops working within days. Replace Grade RD as the application dictates and at least every six months. Differential pressure does not rise as a carbon bed is consumed, so it will not tell you when the element is spent.
