Walker PD015 PROSFD Heatless Desiccant Air Dryer - 15 SCFM

The Walker Filtration PD015 PROSFD heatless regenerative compressed air dryer can operate up to 15 SCFM providing a highly efficient supply of dry and clean air. Featuring a standard -40°F pressure dew point, with optional -100°F dew point, this heatless desiccant dryer is engineered to meet air purity class ISO 8753-1: 2010.

The compact size of the Walker PROSFD air dryer enables simple and versatile installation in either horizontal or vertical position. Desiccant cartridges can be simply replaced without excessive downtime.

The Walker PD015 heatless desiccant dryer includes desiccant cartridges and a 0.01 micron coalescing filter as standard. The unique desiccant cartridges incorporate a 1 micron dust filter integrated into the desiccant cartridge. Some of the PROSFD options include Pre Filter and After Filters, high performing desiccant cartridges, and a dewpoint sensor.

Technical Notes:

1. PROSFD features easy removable desiccant cartridges with integral 1 micron dust filter.
2. For additional protection, Walker Filtration recommends installing an optional RX1 dust filter to the outlet.
3. All PROSFD models are supplied together with an 0.01 micron XA pre-filter housing.
4. Additional filtration, including a water separator, is recommended for high loaded inlet conditions.
5. Standard models operate at 100 psig (7 barg); for other pressures, please specify at time of order.
