Walker PD0180 PROSFD Heatless Desiccant Air Dryer - 180 SCFM

The Walker Filtration PD0180 PROSFD heatless regenerative compressed air dryer can operate up to 180 SCFM providing a highly efficient supply of dry and clean air. Featuring a standard -40°F pressure dew point, with a quick change to -4°F or -100°F dew point, this heatless desiccant dryer is engineered to meet air purity class ISO 8753-1: 2010.

The compact size of the Walker PROSFD air dryer enables simple and versatile installation in either horizontal or vertical position. Desiccant cartridges can be simply replaced without excessive downtime.

The Walker PD0180 heatless desiccant dryer includes desiccant cartridges and a Water Separator housing as standard. The unique desiccant cartridges incorporate a 1 micron dust filter integrated into the desiccant cartridge. Some of the PROSFD options include Pre Filter and After Filters, high performing desiccant cartridges, and a dewpoint sensor for complete Dewpoint Management Control.

Technical Notes:

1. We recommend installing a 0.01 micron pre-filter upstream and 0.01 micron filter downstream of the air dryer.
2. All PROSFD Models PD0046 - PD00360 are supplied with a Water Separator housing.
3. High performance desiccant cartridges are required for -94°F and -100°F dewpoint applications.
4. Standard models operate at 100 psig (7 barg); for other pressures, please specify at time of order.

Filtration and Service Parts for the PD0180

A desiccant dryer only holds its rated dew point if the air reaching it is clean and dry, and if the desiccant is changed on schedule. Walker specifies the following for this model:

• Water separator — A30175WS (supplied with the dryer; listed here for replacement)
• Pre-filter — A30175 in grade XA (0.01 micron coalescing). Keeps oil and water carry-over out of the desiccant bed.
• After-filter — A30175 in grade RXA (0.01 micron dust). Catches desiccant fines before they reach your equipment.
