Walker SSEP0032N SmartSep Oil Water Separator - 32 SCFM

The Walker Filtration SSEP0032N SmartSep Oil Water Separator is rated for 32 SCFM and 4,000 hours. This proven oil water separator is engineered for condensate removal and removes oil traces as low as 5 ppm.

The adaptable SmartSep Oil Water Separator can handle a wide range of climates and compressed air applications. With flow rates from 32 SCFM to 6,621 SCFM, there is a suitable size SmartSep oil water separator for nearly every compressed air application. 

Unlike other oil water separators that rely solely on gravitational separation, the Walker multi-step separation and filtration system ensures lesser risks for oil spills or contaminated water. The multi-step separation is achieved with polypropylene bags and Oganoclay filters which provide an extended 4,000-hour performance interval. Easy to use SmartService Overflow Indicators clearly indicate the need for filter changes and emulsion regulation.

The top of the oil water separator has indicator floats. The clean separator will fill with oily water which makes the polypropylene pre-filter float, causing the green indicator post to rise, indicating it is time to replace the filter. As the polypropylene filter becomes saturated and weighed down with oil, it will slowly sink, and the green post will lower. Once it is time to replace the media, the red indicator post will rise, indicating the oil water separator needs to be serviced.

The back of the Walker SmartSep oil water separator has an outlet for connection to a drain line if necessary. Thanks to the highly efficient oil removal down to 5 ppm, the discharged condensate is well below EPA regulations and is safe to dispose into the environment.
