Walker A30280 Alpha 1 1/4" NPT Compressed Air Filter - 280 SCFM

Walker Filtration A30280 Alpha 1 1/4" NPT compressed air filter housing is perfect for upstream or downstream of your compressed air or gas dryers. These cast aluminum alloy compressed air filter housings remove up to 99.999% of contamination in your compressed air line. The advanced filter head design is optimized for flow performance and a low pressure drop.

Alpha deep pleated filter element media techology is long lasting and 99.999% efficient when tested in accordance with ISO 12500-3. Four filter element grades are available for removal of contaminants down to 5 micron, 1 micron, 0.01 micron, or an option for activated carbon filter media with 0.01 micron retention. The push-fit style filter elements make the Alpha A30280 compressed air filter easy to service.

Walker Filtration's unique modular design allows you to upgrade in the future by coupling together particulate and coalescing filters for a solid combo attack at your compressed air particulates and moisture. Remove up to 99.999% of contaminants from your compressed air without worrying about your pressure drop.

Replacement Elements

The A30280 takes the Walker E30731 element. Choose the grade that matches your air quality target — the housing is the same, only the element changes:

• ■ E30731X1 — 1 micron coalescing
• ■ E30731XA — 0.01 micron coalescing
• ■ E30731AC — activated carbon, 0.01 micron

Replace elements on the differential pressure indicator or every 12 months, whichever comes first.

Installing After a Desiccant Dryer?

The same A30280 housing also accepts Walker's reverse-flow dust elements, fitted downstream of a desiccant dryer to capture desiccant fines before they reach your equipment. Specify one of these instead of a coalescing grade:
